Phil Nunes creates and executes comprehensive strategic communications programs on behalf of a variety of private equity, investment management, and professional services clients. He joined BackBay in 2007.
Phil’s client experience includes: Adveq, Advisors Asset Management (AAM), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Boston Partners, Brazos Private Equity Partners, Constitution Capital Partners, Evanston Capital Management, Expect Miracles Foundation, Foley Hoag, Goodwin Procter, Grant Thornton, Heritage Partners, IRON Financial, J.W. Childs Associates, Karen Clark & Company, Meketa Investment Group, Merced Capital, Nautic Partners, Pamlico Capital, The Riverside Company, Shore Capital Partners, Stellus Capital Management, TA Associates and Yellow Wood Partners. Phil joined BackBay Communications from Arnold Worldwide. Previously, he worked at the Massachusetts Senate where he served as Communications Director for the Senate Committee on Ways and Means, and GTE Government Systems.
Phil received a B.S., with honors, in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and an M.S. in Journalism from Boston University.
